These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at perqeli.com ("Website") and your visit to or participation in events at the Perqeli games club ("Club"), operated by Perqeli Co., Ltd., 218 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea. By accessing the Website or entering the Club, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years of age to use our Website or visit our Club. Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or present written parental consent. Visitors under 18 are not permitted to participate in events with monetary prizes unless parental consent is provided in writing.

2. Club Rules and Conduct

By entering the Perqeli Club premises, you agree to:

• Treat other visitors, staff, and equipment with respect at all times
• Refrain from harassment, abusive language, or discriminatory behavior
• Not damage, modify, or misuse any Club equipment or peripherals
• Not bring outside food or beverages without staff approval
• Comply with all instructions given by Perqeli staff members
• Not engage in any illegal activities on the premises
• Present valid identification upon request from staff

Perqeli reserves the right to remove any visitor from the premises without refund if these conduct rules are violated.

3. Equipment Use

All games equipment is the property of Perqeli. Users are responsible for any intentional damage caused to equipment during their session. Accidental damage must be reported immediately to staff. You may not install unauthorized software, modify game files, or use cheating tools on any Club station. Detection of cheating software will result in immediate expulsion and a permanent ban.

4. Tournament Participation

Tournament rules are published separately for each event. By registering for any Perqeli tournament, you agree to those specific rules in addition to these Terms. All decisions made by Perqeli referees and tournament staff are final. Entry fees are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation by Perqeli.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the perqeli.com website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Perqeli Co., Ltd. and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and Club services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability, specific hardware performance, or tournament outcomes. Perqeli is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South Korean law, Perqeli's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific service in question during the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul District Court.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via website notice. Continued use of our Website or Club services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
